What does "listing" mean? Well in almost every region in the country, there is a Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which is a database containing all of the homes currently for sale in that market. So your home becomes a "Listing" in this database. Hence the term.

It is important to provide potential buyers with as much information as possible including room dimensions, special features, appliances, property taxes, legal address, etc. We will also need to gather photographs or take new ones. |

The most important part of listing your home is finding the value of your home. We will do this with our Home Value Analysis. This report will take into consideration all the current market factors as well as the physical structure and characteristics of your property. |

Property Walk-Through |

It is important to walk-through your property the same way a potential buyer would. This process will allow us to identify issues, if any, that may affect the sale of your home. We will also be able to provide you with "showing" and "curb-appeal" advice.
Note: In some cases, it may be wise to have a home inspection conducted by a certified professional. The buyer will most certainly have this done and knowing about problems before the buyer is very important. This is most valuable in older homes. |
